#1: Autocratic
Manager:
- Company goes on profit.
- Don’t think about employ/team member.
- Organization wins but people loose.
#2:
Democratic Manager:
- Care about team/employ.
- Company is 2nd priority.
- People wins but company Loose.

3 Secret in One Minute Manager
Secret # 1: One Minute Goal Setting
- Agree on your goals. (Common goals & Company)
- See what good behavior looks like.
- Write each goal on 1 paper with less than 250 words.
- Read re Read taking 1 minute.
- Take 1 minute out once a while to look at performance >> Flow chart/Process/Output.
Secret # 2: One Minute Praising
- Tell them that you will give honest feedback to them.
- Praise people immediately.
- Tell specifically what did right.
- Tell how good you feel about the work that they did right & how important is it.
- Stop for a moment of silence to let them how good the feel.
- Encourage them to do more the same.
Secret # 3: One Minute Reprimand
(Formal
expression for disapproval)
There
are two stage of Reprimand.
1st Stage
of Reprimand
- Reprimand people immediately.
- Tell specifically what they did wrong.
- Tell people how you felt about it.
- Stay silent for few second to let them know how you feeling.
2nd Stage
of Reprimand
- Touch in a way to let them know that you support them & you are on their side.
- Remind how much you value them.
- Reaffirm that you value them but just not happy with that work.
- Remember when it’s over it’s over.
