The biggest enemy which keeps people from growing today is "ego". there are 3 stages in which all of us stay in any given time

1) Aspiring

2) Succeeding

3) Failing

In aspiring stage people talk a lot to satisfy instead of taking actions

In succeeding stage people stop growing thinking they know everything

In failing stage they blame everyone instead of taking responsibility

The way to deal with this is plus minus equal too principle.
